The WAG was sporting a pretty nude bikini but threw on the matching kaftan over top as she splashed around in the water and played with her son.
As little Kai followed her into the shoreline, the duo kicked their feet around in the water before Coleen ventured further in.
But the 25-year-old did strip down to just her bikini later on though, when she wanted to top up her tan and take some photos of her footballer husband and Kai.
Just a few days into their vacation, Coleen took to Twitter to deny reports she is expecting her second child after photos emerged of her on the beach in Barbados.
